Loneliness can affect anyone and can have a serious impact on mental and physical wellbeing. This Loneliness Awareness Week (12 to 18 June), what better time to think about ‘connecting’ than via one of the Five Ways to Wellbeing – making time to regularly connect with others, stay in touch, give and receive emotional support, and share conversations and experiences.
