The Sustainable Warmth scheme funded by the Government is managed by City Energy, working in partnership with Test Valley Borough Council.  It can provide up to 100% funding for various energy-saving improvements such as installing insulation, heating systems and energy efficient hot water solutions to make a property more energy efficient.  It is targeted at low income households who are living in the least energy efficient properties.
